Based on the ticket you have purchased, you will be able to attend the conference for the whole weekend or on selected days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discounted conference fee for delegates coming from countries with low- and middle-income economies. We very much hope that the registration fee option for the online participation increases possibilities for participation.
The concession rate applies for any undergraduate and postgraduate students and to Music Therapists with disabilities. This concession is not restricted to those studying Music Therapy.
No, PhD students are not eligible for the concession rate.
The Early Bird is the discounted price. Please see the website for all prices.
We do not offer any scholarships or bursaries to attend the conference. Participants though may identify such scholarships or bursaries independently.
Registration payment can be made by PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, or Bank transfer.
Yes, you could make your conference payment in 3 instalments. The payments should be completed before 29th June 2026. If your payments are not completed by this date, your ticket to the conference will be cancelled. We will not be offering instalment options if you register after the Early Bird deadline on 7th August 2026.
When registering for the conference select the ‘Bank Transfer/Pay in 3’ option. We will then send you an invoice. The payment must be made before the due date.
We would advise you to register early as there is a limited number of spaces available. Please check Booking Terms & Conditions for registration deadlines.
The registration fee includes online participation in the conference sessions and access to on-demand recordings for one month after the conference.
Sorry, the fee will not be refunded, but we will be able to give access to the recordings after the conference.
Yes, registrations may be transferred to another person. Requests for transfers of registration fees must be made in writing. Please see the Booking Terms & Conditions for more details and deadlines.
Yes, you will be sent a CPD certificate via email after the conference.
Yes, you will have access to the conference recordings for one month after the conference. Presentations for which consent to record has been received will be available on demand.
Once an individual registers for the conference, they will have access to all of the live conference sessions and recordings. You may have to book for workshops at a later time.
